TOWN OF HANOVER
INVITATION FOR BID
The Town of Hanover, by and through its Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Hanover Community-wide Historic Properties Survey." Responses must be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, Massachusetts 02339, on or before 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 28, 2019.
The Town of Hanover reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
The Invitation for Bids (IFB), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 29, 2019 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Hanover Town Hall, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, Massachusetts 02339 or by contacting the Purchasing agent by e-mail or telephone at Justin.DeBruin at hanover-ma.gov or (781) 312-6166.
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
