The Town of Winchester, by and through its Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "North End Neighborhood Historic Properties Survey". Written quotes must be received by the Town no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 30, 2019.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, is available upon request beginning on Tuesday July 30, 2019 by contacting Brian Szekely, Town Planner, 71. Office hours: Monday, 8 am - 7 pm
Tuesday-Thursday 8 am - 4 pm
Friday 8 am - 12 pm
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
All questions regarding this Request for Quotes must be received by the Town no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, August 30, 2019 and addressed to the attention of Brian Szekely , Town Planner, Town of Winchester and may be e-mailed, and if e-mailed must be marked in the subject line "RFQ North End Survey" to bszekely at winchester.us<mailto:bszekely at winchester.us>
The Town of Winchester reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
