[MassHistPres] Section 106 Monopole in Middlesex Fells

If the monopole is approved it would be appreciated by everyone outside of
your town, who will see this new feature constantly (reference the traffic
load of 93...), if it were either made to look natural or at least designed
to blend in from the ground. Obviously it will need to be easily seen by
helicopters and planes...
