[MassHistPres] Section 106 Monopole in Middlesex Fells

Pine tree monopoles are a bad joke — at least the one’s I have seen - e.g. the one on the pike.  There is a thick pole on Rte 3 south with nothing on the outside, as I recall — that is relatively innocuous.  Perhaps more interesting question, how much stuff and access is at the base?
