REQUEST FOR QUOTES
RFQ # 2020811
The City of Waltham, by and through the Waltham Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Waltham Industrial Period Historic Properties Survey Update." Responses must be received at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Purchasing Department, Waltham City Hall, 610 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02452, on or before 10:00 am, Sept. 22, 2020.
The City of Waltham reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available after
04:00 pm, August 13, 2020 in the city web site at www.city.waltham.ma.us/bids<http://www.city.waltham.ma.us/bids>
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
