Dear Heather
This is a very exciting initiative. Several years ago, our organization
Preservation Massachusetts, organized a series of workshops "Historic
Windows: Making the Case" which provided opportunities for attendees to
learn more about historic windows and why repairing rather than replacing
these windows is a sustainable practice. Information presented at that
program as well as a bibliography and other resources can be found at
https://www.preservationmass.org/windows
Please have your intern reach out to us if they have other questions. We
are happy to share our information and look forward to learning more about
this important topic.
Wishing you all the best,
Stacia
