City of Easthampton, MA - REQUEST FOR QUOTES

The City of Easthampton, by and through the Easthampton Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Main Street Extension Area Historic Properties Survey.” Responses must be received at the Easthampton Planning Department, Attn: Jamie Webb, 50 Payson Ave, Easthampton, Massachusetts 01027, on or before 12:00 noon, Wednesday, December 9, 2020.

The City of Easthampton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the City’s best interest.

The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, is attached to this email, available on the City’s website: easthamptonma.gov/planning, and available upon request by contacting the Assistant Planner by e-mail or telephone at jwebb at easthamptonma.gov or (413) 529-1405.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above mentioned areas.

Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted via e-mailed to jwebb at easthamptonma.gov by November 30, 2020.
