CITY OF SALEM REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
                               RFP No. 21-10-200 (RE-BID)

The City of Salem is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultant/consultant team to undertake the "Salem Historical Commission Guidelines Notebook Update" project. Sealed Proposals must be received at the Purchasing Department, Salem City Hall, 93 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970, on or before 11:00 AM Thursday, November 19, 2020 at which time and place they will be opened for the following:

Salem Historical Commission Guidelines Notebook Update

The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informalities in the proposal process, if deemed in the City's best interest.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) containing scope of services, requirements, and conditions will be/is available upon request after 10 AM, Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the Purchasing Department, Salem City Hall, 93 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970.

Proposers or proposal teams must include lead personnel who meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
