[MassHistPres] Braintree Request for Quotes - Historic Properties Inventory Update

The Town of Braintree, by and through the Braintree Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Historic Property Inventory Update." Responses must be received at the Department of Planning and Community Development, 1 JFK Memorial Drive, Braintree, Massachusetts 02184, on or before Monday, November 16, 2020 by 10:00 AM.
The Town of Braintree reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available at the Braintree website under the procurement page which can be accessed by the following link https://braintreema.gov/Bids.aspx after 10:00 am, Friday, October 30, 2020. Any questions or concerns can be direct to Christine Stickney, Director of Planning/Community Development at CStickney at braintreema.gov<mailto:CStickney at braintreema.gov>
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
The RFQ may be viewed and printed from https://braintreema.gov/Bids.aspx.
