[MassHistPres] Looking for Recommendations for Exterior Painting Services for Historic Structures

We are in the process of gathering quotes to paint our Town Hall in Mendon. It is a 3 story simple Greek revival structure. Its current condition is poor with peeling paint on the south side of the building and perhaps three layers of paint in areas that were not scraped clean back in 2008 when it was last painted. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations working with professionals who do this kind of work?
We checked the preservation directory but found few who work in this area.
Any information would be much appreciated.
