I need to replace a column base from a 125-year-old Tuscan style outside porch column. Is there any company/woodworker who can repair or replicate the base for us?

Thanks,

Subject: [MassHistPres] experienced consultant to prepare LHD study Report -- but less rushed

I am still interested in hearing from a consultant to draft LHD Study Report, but now without the previous rushed schedule. It became clear that the neighborhood group’s timeline for a Fall 2021 Town Meeting would not work with the expiration of the demo delay, so the Study Report would not have such a short deadline.

A neighborhood group in Brookline is looking for an experienced consultant to prepare an LHD study Report for a proposed LHD of generally stylistically consistent, large late 19th C / early 12th C developer houses in North Brookline. The LHD would be one block long and contain about 28-30 properties. Because of a demolition case it must be prepared for a fall 2021 Town Meeting, which means that the SR has to be substantially complete by the end of May and absolutely complete before the end of June.

If you are interested contact me and I will put you in contact with a neighborhood representative.
