Any talented finish carpenter should be able to do this work. You may went to check with the North Bennet Street School in Boston for a reference, as you're nearby.

It became clear that the neighborhood group’s timeline for a Fall 2021 Town Meeting would not work with the expiration of the demo delay, so the Study Report would not have such a short deadline.

The LHD would be one block long and contain about 28-30 properties. Because of a demolition case it must be prepared for a fall 2021 Town Meeting, which means that the SR has to be substantially complete by the end of May and absolutely complete before the end of June.
