Join Historic New England on January 20th at 5:30 pm for an online lecture on Wood Repairs and Your Old House. Found in everything from framing to finishes, wood is the most common material used in old homes. Even for the best-maintained home, repairs are necessary to keep wood structurally sound. At this virtual talk, join Preservation Carpentry Supervisor Drew Williams for a look at common types of wood repairs used in preservation. Audience members get a framework for where to use epoxy, how to complete Dutchman repairs, and more.
