Hello Everyone,
It's a new year. One of issues we see often in our town, is that many
owners of older historic homes may either not be aware of available
knowledge/resources or have some economic challenges due to the high costs
of maintenance and repairs these days.  We have currently
discussed offering an "Educational Program" that informs residential
homeowners on the state-supported programs and resources that can assist
them in these historical restoration areas. I'd appreciate any member
assistance in identifying what are the best on-line informational resources
and programs available? Our thoughts were to develop a mailer brochure with
this valuable information and suggest they contact us for further
discussion and assistance. If anyone has suggestions, has already done a
similar program in their town and/or has a letter/template that you would
be willing to share, I would truly appreciate it.
