[MassHistPres] Weather vane repair / installer?

Seeking recommendations for weathervane repair and installation.  A
microburst last October damaged and bent the pole carrying the weathervane
atop the Unitarian Universalist Congregational Society of Westborough. The
weathervane is actually less than 15 years old but the steeple dates from
1939 (replaced after the Hurricane of 1938).
