Good afternoon MassHistoric Preservation Professionals,


The Town of Dedham, by and through the Dedham Historical Commission, is
seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to
undertake the “Town of Dedham High Street – Upper East Street Neighborhood
Survey.” Responses must be received no later than *10:00 am, Wednesday,
August 18, 2021.*


The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal
requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be available upon request
on *Monday,
July 19, 2021* by contacting Michelle Tinger, Assistant Town Planner, 450
Washington Street, Dedham, Massachusetts 02026, (781) 751-9244,
mtinger at dedham-ma.gov.


Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s
degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art
History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years of full-time
experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any
of the above-mentioned areas.


All questions regarding this Request for Quotes must be received by the
Town no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, August 13, 2021 and addressed to the
attention of Michelle Tinger, Assistant Town Planner, Town of Dedham and
may be e-mailed, and if e-mailed *must* be marked in the subject line “RFQ
High Street – Upper East Street” to mtinger at dedham-ma.gov.


The Town of Dedham reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to
waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s
best interest.
