[MassHistPres] Town owned building in a NHRD to be razed

You could certainly organize friends in the community, beyond the HC members, to speak out frequently and loudly in favor of restoration and repurposing. In addition, Preservation Massachusetts has organized several good workshops on this subject and could provide you with examples of successful transformations.
