[MassHistPres] Spray painting murals on historic buildings

As mural painting on historic brick buildings is becoming common, I am wondering what other Historical Commissions have said about this.  There are murals all over historical buildings in New Bedford, and now Dartmouth wants to follow suit.  Our Demo Delay bylaw gives us some control over what happens to more than 25% of the exterior of buildings more than 75 years old.  That would seem to me to include murals.
