I am working on a design review exercise for a local historic district
commission that will cover smaller, more routine projects. The goal is to
focus on what happens during the commission deliberation process in the
hopes that future deliberations for this commission will go smoother.

I will be using examples for the following types of projects: PVC fence
installation, public art, solar panels, window replacement and outbuilding
conversion to an accessory dwelling unit.

All of the projects are based on real examples but will be presented as
fictitious examples, with some artistic license, for discussion purposes.
I’m looking for 2-3 more examples to include. Does your historic district
commission have any recent projects that would be good for adding to this
list?
