Hello preservationists!
I'm in search of legal services to assist in researching Massachusetts statutes and drafting language for possible legislation relating to the authority of local historic districts.  Might anyone know of a firm or individual who is knowledgeable about the laws and regulations affecting historic preservation?
My request is on behalf of the Massachusetts American Institute of Architects, who will be working with a selected attorney to explore updates to our preservation statutes.
