[MassHistPres] Preservation Restrictions

Greetings in the New Year!

The City of New Bedford's Community Preservation Committee is seeking a consultant to provide quotes on the drafting of several preservation restrictions (some term and some perpetual) related to Community Preservation Act funded projects.

Are there are any consultants interested in this type of work?

Also, perhaps another community has contacts for consultants who have prepared restrictions on their behalf and would be willing to share that information?
