[MassHistPres] Anyone familiar with New England Churchkeepers?

I'm buildings and grounds board liaison for our 1850 church building and
this firm has been chatted up on local ministers' FB pages.  This
concierge-type service offers everything from snow shoveling to drywall
repair to stained glass repair.
Is anyone familiar with them?  It's pretty appealing to have one go-to
person, and we certainly need stained glass repairs, but it's hard to be
good at everything.
