[MassHistPres] Town Restoration of historic building

Hello:
Our town in the South Coast is looking for a professional/ company to do an assessment on one of our historical buildings with the only focus of the town keeping the building and not sell off.
We seeking someone who is passionate in saving historical buildings and has a proven history of assisting the town in all aspects of preserving and keeping the building. I am looking for recommendations from other towns and cities who have used the company/ people resulting in the town keeping, rehabbing  and preserving the building. 
Can anyone recommend a person or company for this task?
