[MassHistPres] Painted roadways

I am not sure about purview, but if it is in HDC purview, I hope that your
commission will heartily approve the bike lanes. Historic districts thrive
when they are active, used spaces of our present communities that balance
historic integrity with contemporary viability. Encouraging safe bike usage
in the local historic district is good for this, and for the bodily and
environmental health of your community.
