[MassHistPres] Historic property survey RFQ's information, North Shore area

Good Day to all, 
The Historical Commission of the Town of Newbury is looking into qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake a Town wide  Historic Properties Survey.  I am asking for information in general about the folks others towns/cities have used.  I understand there have been some small teams used in the Essex county area and I am hoping someone will share their results.

Please send me any information you can.  We cannot get an MPPF for repairs (leaking roof and wooden window repairs for an 1877 Schoolhouse) because it is not yet on MACRIS, therefore not on the State website.
