[MassHistPres] Historic slate roof repair - tar

There are so many better ways to fix broken slates. The tar beyond looking
horrible will fail in a relatively short period of time. A skilled slater
can remove the broken slate(s) and slide a replacement in and attach it.  A
copper sheet with barbs cut into it can be slid in as well.
