[MassHistPres] Demo Delay Definition of Demolition

The Town of Chelmsford has this wording in the Demolition Bylaw

For purposes of the chapter, the term "demolition" shall mean any act of
pulling down, destroying, moving, removing or razing a building or
structure or any portion thereof, including destruction through willful
neglect or arson.
