[MassHistPres] RFP for sale of historic Whately Center School

The Whately Selectboard is soliciting proposals for the purchase and 
restoration of the former Whately Center School located at 218 Chestnut 
Plain Road, Whately, MA. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be 
available starting on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Interested persons 
can obtain a copy of the RFP by contacting Town Administrator Brian 
Domina at townadmin at whately.org or 413-665-4400 ext. 1 or by visiting 
the Town Offices located at 4 Sandy Lane, Whately, MA and requesting a 
copy. Completed proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Town 
Administrator by 2:00 pm on December 13, 2023. Please review the RFP 
carefully to learn about the terms and conditions of the proposed sale. 
A site visit will be held on November 20, 2023 at 2:00 pm. All questions 
must be submitted in writing and can be directed to Town Administrator, 
Brian Domina at townadmin at whately.org.
