[MassHistPres] DDB with the Federal Government

Good Day all, 
We, the Newbury Historical Commission, are inquiring if anyone has property owned in their City/Town by the Federal Government.  If you do, do you have a DDB?  If the building is possibly going to be demolished, would the local DDB be enforced?
We are having a meeting tonight, and I thought I would try to get an answer for this question if possible.
