[MassHistPres] Violations

A property owner is not observing a stop work order issued by the building inspector.  The owner did not apply for nor receive a certificate from the Historical Commission/Historic District Commission for the work involved.
 Do any of you have experience to tell us what your Commission did in these circumstances? Betty SladeChair, CPCWestport
