[MassHistPres] Historical Commission Best Practice

The Leverett Historical Commission is working to devise a comprehensive
process for reviewing potential historical sites/assets/projects and/or
CPA-funded projects and properties with preservation restrictions.

We are interested in learning whether any other Historical Commissions have
1) Worked on creating a comprehensive review process
2) Partnered with their Community Preservation Commission in doing so
3) Funded such a project with CPA funds
