Attached is the current list I maintain at MHC. However, this is only delay periods we know about! We are not involved in the demolition delay adoption/amendment process. So if you community is missing or your delay period has changed, please let me know!

Pardon a question I could probably answer with enough research, but our Town Meeting will be taking up the length of our demolition delay. I'm looking for a document that compiles the range of present delays; something I can refer members to, when we consider if an extension is appropriate. With thanks
