[MassHistPres] Summary of various demolition delay lengths

A limitation of trying to maintain a clean list – in those communities, the longer delay period is usually for National Register listed properties, the shorter period for non-listed properties.

Attached is the current list I maintain at MHC. However, this is only delay periods we know about! We are not involved in the demolition delay adoption/amendment process. So if you community is missing or your delay period has changed, please let me know!
