[MassHistPres] New Construction in LHDs

Hello all, I am looking for some examples of residential new construction
that went through a design review process in a local historic district.  I
am especially interested in projects that were a bit challenging for the
commission to review.  For instance, I'd like ones that had some
controversy around the design or were not unanimously voted on favorably by
the commission but ultimately were approved, received a certificate and
were constructed.  Chris.
