Dennis,

The DCR’s Historic Curatorship program is very impressive and has decades
long record of success including the Speedway at the corner of Soldiers
Field Road and Western Ave in Brighton, 1440 Soldiers Field is what comes
up in maps. I believe the first property was the mansion in the Bradley
Palmer State Park in Topsfield, now an event location called the Willowdale
Estate.

The program would make for an impressive template for town use.
