[MassHistPres] Demolition Delay Bylaw - costs

In Weston we have a $40 fee for demolition applications which is refunded 
to those whose demolition is approved without requiring an Initial 
Determination meeting.  This is typically where the demolition is for 
replacement in kind or of recent additions to an older home.
