REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

 

 

June 25, 2007

 

The Sharon Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Sharon will be seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a community-wide survey to assess and document approximately 130 selected cultural and architectural resources in the town of Sharon. 

 

Applicants must have: 1) a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience in an area relevant to the project; or 2) a Master’s degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.

 

Interested parties should send a letter of interest and resume no later than 4:30 pm Thursday July 12, 2007 to:

All qualified parties will be sent a Request for Proposals upon submission of a letter of interest and resume.  The Town of Sharon is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer in its programs and activities.

 

Requests for Proposals will be available to be sent on Monday, July 16, 2007 and will be due no later than 4:30 pm, Wednesday, August 15, 2007.

 

The Town of Sharon reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
