[MassHistPres] Height guidelines for historic plaques

A Fitchburg organization is going to be installing plaques on some of  
its historic buildings, and the town is looking for information on  
appropriate height and placement guidelines.   I have read that a  
height of four to six feet is standard, but any more specific  
guidelines would be helpful!
