[MassHistPres] MassHistPres Digest, Vol 39, Issue 10

Brookline had an LHD case where a contractor offered to put slates on
a new garage. Then he tried to put on molded plastic ones -- which
looked particularly awful the way he did it (diagonal stripes of
different shades!) They were also rather shiny. We made him put on
real ones as he had voluntarily offered in the first place. In the
end he claimed that the price difference was not as much as one might
have thought.
