[MassHistPres] arch-topped storms? / fire exit storms

Thanks Garrett for the helpful arch-top reference.
I think the fire escape issue is two-fold -- or three-fold -- and in
this case is not entirely related to the storm. A dormer is
inherently small and the bottom half of any dormer window is even
smaller in relation to the current fire access code dimensions of
which people are becoming more aware, and having an arch-top probably
reduces that further. Then there will be an argument about struggling
with removing a storm and screen.
