[MassHistPres] definition of structure

Don't know if this is helpful or not. Isn't from a demo delay bylaw but
from our design guidelines for our Downtown Lowell Historic District.

"Wherever indicated, the words property, building, or structure shall
refer to, and be construed to mean, any building, structure, object,
site, lot, or landscape within the bounds of the District, both manmade
and/or natural."

I wouldn't go so far as to say that I hold it in any fondness, but
here's the definition from Amherst's demolition delay bylaw:

"Structure" - Any edifice, object or building of any kind that is
constructed or erected and requires more or less permanent

location on the ground or attachment to an object with permanent
location on the ground, not including wheels.

Do any communities out there have a definition of 'structure' in a demo
delay or other bylaw, of which you are particularly fond, and seems to
work well?

Thanks very much-
