[MassHistPres] LHD purview question

I have a project involving interior lettering on a glass window.  This is for a commercial establishment in a local historic district.  Because the glass is clear, the lettering or signage on the interior side of the glass is visible.  Do any local historic districts consider this within their purview to review?  It is visible, but also in the interior of the building.
