Does anybody else get this? Does anybody else wonder what is going on? Isn't Fenway Park a landmark?

Design the Fenway of the future
Dear BSA member,
The Boston.com sports department is asking architects, artists and civic engineers what Fenway Park might look like in 2112. Submissions will be used as part of a special Boston.com report that celebrates the 100th anniversary of the first Red Sox game at the ballpark.
Contributors are encouraged to push the limits of their imagination. Do you envision modifications to the existing park or a new park entirely? Will it be domed, or perhaps have a retractable dome over the entire area? What other enhancements can you dream up that might be part of the Major League Baseball experience 100 years from now?
Submissions can be color drawings, computer-generated models or any other visual form. A brief written explanation of your work also is encouraged, or individual features within your design can be labeled as you see fit. All submissions will be included in some way in the final presentation, currently scheduled for March 2012. The deadline is December 15.
For details or to discuss this opportunity further, contact Boston.com sports editor Matt Pepin at mpepin at boston.com or 617-929-7368.
