Hi there,


Hey they just wrecked the Belmont Hill Country Club! Took it to the ground. Probably the last place the
Belmonts visited before they moved to Newport, Rhode Island.


I'll bet those folks who own all those expensive, old Mansions up there in the Hills aren't going to be too happy.


A new building means these old houses get de-valued; sent to land value - and that could mean a horrible loss for the
property tax income of Belmont!


New construction is valued at what it costs, and old construction is valued at what its worth. I figure the next few
Town meetings at Belmont will actually be fun and interesting! Otherwise, these folks have sparked a new movement, and all those 
wealthy people will soon be living in tents!
