The Salem Historical Commission's mail (i.e. abutter notices) is sent with the regular City of Salem mail (paid for by the City). We do have separate letterhead (paid for by the Commission's allocation out of the city budget).

Hello,
Do most municipal historical commissions send its own mail or is it sent by a central office? Do you have a letterhead separate from the municipality?
