[MassHistPres] 1 corrected date on May Preservation Month - Calendar of Events for immediate distribution

We just realized that the last event, the Historic Bike Ride, has listed
a date that is only partially correct; the date is Sun., June 8th, not
the 12th which happens to be a Thurs.?!  Corrected versions of each
Calendar are now attached.

Springtime Greetings!

 

Each year the City of Somerville highlights its many historic assets by
sponsoring events each week during the month of May known as
Preservation Month.  Please find our Calendar of Events for this year,
with one event slipping into early June, due to the shortage of days to
schedule everything!  

 

We would appreciate your posting of this Calendar in your own media
(written, electronic, newsletters, other outreach to members) as soon as
possible, as the kick-off event, the Jane's Walk in the Porter-Davis
Square area of Cambridge and Somerville, takes place this coming Sat.
morning.  Note that it is being sent as both a pdf and a Word document,
enabling you to separate out events if necessary.  

 

Let's hope it feels more like May and springtime by the time these
events start!  As always, thanks for your help!
