[MassHistPres] Examples of armory successes?

The armory here in Marlborough has been abandoned and ignored for years.  Finally, the current owner put it up for sale.

It's in quite sad shape.  (Pictures from three years ago: http://marlborough.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/what-should-happen-to-the-armory-on-lincoln-poll.)

Do you know of any economically-sustainable preservation successes with other armories in Massachusetts?
