[MassHistPres] RFP for Federal Square, Springfield

The STCC Assistance Corporation has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP)
for consultants to prepare a National Register nomination for Federal
Square in Springfield.  STCC-AC is particularly interested in consultants
who have experience with industrial and military sites.
