Check the CPC database - I think that there are a fair # of CPA projects
restoring ponds using Open Space funds.....

Has anyone used cpc funds to finance a project involving work on a historic
property in their district? There is a property with a pond that needs
restoring. The funds would be used for the pond only, not the rest of the
property, and the public would have access to the pond only. It has a long
history of public use, but only because the previous family owned it for 150
years and welcomed people. Nothing official.
