[MassHistPres] Qualified Restoration contractors

The Town of Hopkinton has CPA funds to restore the McFarland Sanger House. To this end we are seeking a list of qualified Building Contractors that can restore a 300 year old house.
The scope of work would include replacement of the sill on the south side and structural repairs as a result of this work.

Please let me know if there are specific qualifications we could preselect on or if it the contractors should be demonstrate satisfactory completion of similar work?
